In the course of registration and throughout the academic year we will collect personal data about you and your child. This would include names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, family connections, health records and medical history, racial or ethnic origin, financial information and other personal details.
We need to have this personal data in order to run the school, to provide the education service to you and your child and to comply with our legal and professional obligations.
We will not collect any personal data from you or your child that we do not need in order to provide the agreed service to you.
All personal data collected is processed only by the members of the GPA, our teaching staff and members of the committee. No third parties will have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. We have a Privacy Policy in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
If at any time you believe the information we hold on you is incorrect you may request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.
If you wish to raise a complaint about how we have handled your personal data, you can contact the GPA on 020 8889 1872 or @ gpa1952@btinternet.com and they will investigate the matter. If your complaint as to how we are processing your personal data is not resolved to your satisfaction, then in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
