It is very important that the fees are paid on time, as failure to do so places the school in financial difficulties. If you have any problems or queries with regards to the payment of the fees please do not hesitate to contact the school.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Cash and cheque payments should be delivered personally to the school’s treasurer, during school hours where a receipt can be issued. Cheques should be made payable to “Greek Parents Association”. Payments by bank transfer must be made to the GPA’s bank account and account details can be provided upon request.

We accept bank transfers to the Greek Parents Association;

Account Name: Greek Parents Association

Bank: NatWest Bank

Sort Code: 60-24-23

Account Number: 98688278

Ref: AGS/Pupil's Name

New pupils starting school mid-term are entitled to pay a pro-rata rate based on the number of weeks still left to run in the academic year.

If for any reason you feel you may not be able to complete a payment by the time it is due, it is important that you contact the school immediately to discuss and resolve the matter (0750835344 or enquiries@ashmolegreekschool.co.uk)

Parents are reminded that a full term’s notice in writing, to commence no later than the first day of the relevant term, must be given for the withdrawal of a child, otherwise fees will be charged in lieu of the required notice.

If you would like to discuss any of the school fees, including setting up a payment plan, please do not hesitate to contact our Treasurer at accounts@ashmolegreekschool.co.uk. All conversations will, of course, be handled in the strictest confidence.

The GPA reserves the right to charge interest on fees paid late at the rate of 8% per annum.

Should late payments become problematic, this may result in the loss of the pupil’s place in the school for the next academic year or the exclusion of the child from the school.
