IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE GPA REGARDING NEXT ACADEMIC NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25

Dear Parents,

We are coming to the end of this academic year, and we must make all the arrangements needed for the next academic year. To enable us to plan better and to engage the correct number of teachers etc. we are starting the enrolment process for next year now and we need your assistance. 

As you may already know our school is fully subscribed and we have many applications from children attending other schools to join us in September. Places are very limited, and we believe those already attending our school should have priority. WE ARE THEREFORE GOING TO GIVE OUR STUDENTS UNTIL THE 9TH OF JULY 2024 TO REGISTER AND SECURE THEIR PLACE BY PAYING A DEPOSIT OF £50. The deposit will be credited towards the school fees. We will accept other pupils after this date. Places are allocated on a first -come, first-served basis and we will not accept any more registrations after the allotted numbers are reached. 

Please act now to secure your place for next year. I must stress that to reserve your child’s place, you MUST send a deposit of £50 per child to the GPA account. NO SPACE WILL BE GUARANTEED WITHOUT THE DEPOSIT, WE ARE CHANGING OUR REGISTRATION PROCESS THIS YEAR. THERE IS NO NEED TO FILL OUT A REGISTRATION FORM UNLESS SOME DETAILS HAVE CHANGED E.G ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, MEDICAL DETAILS ETC. IF SOME DETAILS HAVE CHANGED, PLEASE LET US KNOW THE NEW INFORMATION BY EMAIL (enquiries@ashmolegreekschool.co.uk)

YOU ONLY NEED TO FILL OUT AND EMAIL IN A FORM FOR ANY CHILD WHO IS NEW TO THE SCHOOL.
